From Lafayette: Take I-65 South to Lafayette. Take exit to SR38 to Lafayette. Follow SR38 about five miles to Sagamore Road Parkway/SR52. Turn left (South) and follow to CR 350, turn right (West). Follow CR350 to SR231 (it=s a T) and turn left (South). SR231 will take you in to Crawfordsville. The hospital is about 2 mile south of the overpass on the East side of the road.

From Indianapolis: Take I-465 North to I74 West. Follow to the second Crawfordsville exit (SR 231 South). Turn right (South) onto SR231. The hospital is located about 2 mile south of the overpass on the East side of the road.

From Greencastle: Follow SR231 North through Crawfordsville. The hospital is located about 3 miles out of town on the East side of the road.

From Terre Haute: Take SR63 North to I74 East. Follow to first Crawfordsville exit (SR 231 South). Turn right (South) on to SR231. The hospital is about 2 mile south of the overpass on the East side of the road.
